As a real estate professional, my job is to match you up with your perfect home. To do my job well, I have to know what your needs and wants are. I also need to understand your lifestyle and financial considerations. That means we need to get to know each other. 

Let me start by introducing myself. I love Real Estate because it gives me the opportunity to meet a lot of interesting people and see some beautiful homes as well. I also enjoy the negotiating process and derive great pleasure from putting together a successful deal.

I grew up in Lancaster and graduated from Hempfield High school. By the time I was 21, I had opened my first business. After ten plus years of business ownership, I decided real estate would be next.

Since beginning my Real Estate career, I have been a consistent top-producer and have mentored a number of new agents that have gone on to be top-producers as well. I was recently honored as Realty Select’s Top Sales Agent of 2005.

The secrets to my success are no secret…Along with business and marketing experience, I use the latest technology, professionalism, negotiating skills, people skills and advocacy to help clients sell their homes both cost effectively and in a timely manner. I also help buyers find homes in much the same way. I have an intimate understanding of Lancaster’s real estate market and use this knowledge for my clients’ benefit.
